All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

2. UK Shipping

For deliveries within the UK, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery typically takes 2 working days from dispatch, though delays may occasionally occur.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping through Royal Mail International for both Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are determined by your local customs authority.
